A Muslim girl and her brother from Bangladesh visit Kolkata for a trip. While there, they learn that chaos has erupted back home. As they try to return, some miscreants chase them. The girl hides in a house where a tenant shelters her. Local youths pressure the landlord to expel her because of her religion, but the landlord and tenant uphold Bengali cultural values and help her return safely. The play highlights Hindu-Muslim harmony and humanity beyond religion.
