A girls’ school is founded amid rivalry between two landlords. Lacking teachers, the landlady starts classes, but a graduate couple is needed. To protect his daughter, the landlord demands a married pair. Two poor women disguise themselves as husband and wife to get the job. Their stay creates tension, suspicion, and comic complications. As the “wife” plans to leave, chaos rises, leading to unexpected twists of love and relationships.
